Hit and Run

Hello,

A driver hit my vehicle and drove away. a witness left a note on my vehicle with his phone number. I contacted him and he was able to send me a picture he took but I cannot make out both the license plates because of the glare. Can anyone please help so I can give to the police so we can bring this person to justice. His actions were deplorable and he should not be able to get away with this.

Hi Sean,

I saw an episode of CSI with a similar challenge, they enhanced the pixels of the photo with the enhance tool to get detail that wasn't there to begin with.

I already have enough on my plates, so I tagged in a colleague of Travis, he's awesome and does a great job all the time.

He spent some time enhancing it, and I can actually make out some of it - not fully, but it's getting there, if I look on my screen at an angle i can make it out even more...

He will enhance it over night and see if it can decode the other parts!
